Here at Amber Dupree Photography located in Nashville, TN maternity sessions are recommended to take place between 28 and 32 weeks. Due to limited availability and current bookings, it is recommended to book your maternity session during the beginning of your second trimester.

Wordrobe Selection
2-3 weeks prior to your session you will come in to the studio for your dress selection appointment and consultation.

Session Day
It’s session day! With our studio fully stocked with a variety of gowns, fabrics, bodysuits, and accessories, you only need to bring yourself!

Ordering Appointment
With same day ordering appointments, you will be able to complete your session and select your images and products all in the same day. Ordering appointments follow 1 hour after your session.
There is a $300 session fee to book your session
Book your maternity and newborn sessions together for $100 off your newborn session fee.

To ensure an heirloom experience for clients I only take a limited number of sessions each month. It is best to book your maternity session during the end of your first trimester or the beginning of your second trimester.

No need to go searching the internet for hours, I offer a full client closet filled with a variety of couture gowns, bodysuits, fabrics and accessories!

When booking, we will schedule your dress selection appointment where you come in to the studio and look through the client closet, trying on anything you’d like. After your appointment and you’ve made your selections, I will send an email with recommendations on what your partner should wear based on your color selections.

The best time for a maternity session is between 28-32 weeks, when your baby bump is prominent but you’re still comfortable.

Yes, we offer a selection of maternity dresses, fabrics, and props to elevate your session. However, the use of props is usually minimal to be sure not to pull attention away from you.

You are welcome to bring items like sonogram photos, or sentimental objects. However, I do ask to limit it to two. Please let me know ahead of time if you plan to bring items.

Turnaround editing time is 2-3 weeks. Turnaround time for products vary based on the products selected.
