Cake smash sessions aren't only for one-year-olds either! It's a great way to capture your growing little one's interests and personality each year. Located right outside Nashville, TN our Old Hickory photography studio has everything you need to celebrate your baby’s cake smash photography session!
The Process
Booking

Session Day
The day of your session, everything will be set up and ready to go! We like to give little ones some time to warm up before we start the session so we will use that time to sit and play with them to help make them as comfortable as possible!
In-Person Viewing Session
Within a week following your session you will return to the studio for your viewing session. If you are out of state we will discuss the options available. During your in-person viewing session, we will help you navigate our luxury products to select your images and decide how you would like to enjoy them for lifetimes to come.
Cake Smash Session Includes:
In-person consultation held either in person at the studio or virtually if you are out of state. During the consultation we will further discuss your vision for your session and show you the various, beautiful ways you will be able to display your images.
Personalized session design. All cake smash sets are created from the ground up, these are not pre-made backdrops.
Use of one outfit for baby during family portraits from our Client Closet.
Use of one gown for mom during family portraits from our Client Closet.

Cake smash set and decor so no need to bring any props with you!
Matching cake smash themed outfit​.
An in-person viewing session where we'll help you decide on your favorite images and how you want to display them in your home and/or office.
