Roughly five years ago I first met this dad when he accompanied his brother to his son’s newborn session. I am incredibly honored that he thought of me when it came time to capture his baby’s start to the world. Thiago was the absolutely sweetest and even gave us a couple of smiles when posing with his parents. Mom and dad came to visit my Old Hikcory, TN newborn photography studio just a few short weeks ago. Mom had asked for some newborn Christmas themed sets which I LOVE. They also wanted to focus on family portraits so we did a few different poses to capture the bond between them all. When I went to drop off their order, dad said it best, “You don’t get these memories back” as he flipped through his son’s newborn photo album. You don’t these memories of your precious baby go by so quickly and I’m so thankful that I get to help families hold on to those tiny details for a lifetime.
