Booking & Scheduling
When should I book my newborn session?
It’s best to book during your second trimester to secure your session. As a luxury Nashville newborn photographer, I only take a limited number of sessions each month to ensure the highest level of service. Newborn sessions are scheduled within the first 5-21 days after birth for those dreamy, sleepy poses.
What if my baby arrives early or late?
Babies rarely arrive exactly on their due dates, which is why I reserve a flexible session spot for you. Once your baby is born, we’ll confirm the exact date.
How long does a newborn session last?
A typical newborn session lasts 2-3 hours to allow plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and capturing a variety of beautiful poses.
Do you offer in-home newborn photography sessions?
At this time I only offer studio newborn photography in Nashville. Studio sessions provide a curated, luxury experience with high-end props and professional lighting. Moms are also welcome to use a gown from the client closet for family portraits.

What should my baby wear?
No need to worry about outfits—I provide a carefully curated collection of luxury newborn wraps, outfits, and accessories. If you have a sentimental item you’d like included, I’m happy to incorporate it.
Can parents and siblings be included?
Absolutely! Newborn photography isn’t just about the baby—it’s about your family’s beautiful new chapter. Parents and siblings are always welcome in my sessions.
What if my baby won’t sleep or is fussy?
I’ve worked with many newborns and have a gentle, baby-led approach to ensure a stress-free experience. I allow extra time for feeding and soothing, so there’s no need to worry.
Do you use props, or is it more natural posing?
My style is timeless and elegant, using soft, organic props and cozy setups. Whether you prefer a more styled session or natural, minimalist portraits, we’ll customize it to your vision.

Digital images will be sent to you 2-3 week following your ordering appointment with products varying in turnaround times. Quality takes time, and I carefully edit each image to perfection.
